Gilrahad Tabor
Gilrahad Tabor is a soldier. Well, WAS a soldier. A soldier that didn't soldier as much as cook for soldiers. Okay, so he was a chef in the Cloudharbor city-state's army. He had wanted to be a great and noble knight, defeat monsters, and win the hearts of the ladies, but his skills didn't quite match up. He ended up getting assigned to the kitchens to cook for the soldiers he dreamt he could be. As Gil's flavors and recipes rose in popularity amongst the ranks, he was given armor and a great shield to protect himself with so that if ever he found himself in battle, him and his recipes would survive another day. After some long years and many battles where friends were lost he retired from his post. Now, with his skills and little combat experience, he hopes to find some of that excitement he longed for long ago. On his way out of the city he saw a wanted poster on the side of the road.

Benrik Farwander
Born on the neighboring continent of Amethystia, Benrik has long since abandoned his Dwarven roots. Forsaking Moradin for the Old Faith and his battleaxe for a staff, he has lived as a Druid in the Amber Plains for over 100 years. As a hermit and protector of a sacred spring, Benrik rarely leaves the countryside. The one exception is his trek to Whitehall Inn once every decade to get his favorite ale. As fate would have it, his 260 year solitary birthday party would be interrupted by an adventure with two fellow dwarves, two halflings, and a human.

Everyone Else
Felix Blackthorn
Felix is the self-described "mayor" of Whitehall. To hear him tell it, because he is the proprietor of the Whitehall inn, he is the de facto administrator for the whole town.
It was recently revealed that the circumstances around his acquisition of the Whitehall are rumored to have been less than favorable for its previous owner.

Luitwin Verner
Not much is known or Mr. Verner, other than he is in his eighth decade and he has been the valet for the Whitehall inn for over fifty years. He is an ill-humored curmudgeon of a man who routinely looks down his rather long nose at everyone he meets.
Despite his age, his wit is as sharp as it's ever been, and he stands rigidly at his full height of 6'2" at all times, towering over most people in the region.

Peter Innson
Peter works for Mr. Blackthorn at the Whitehall inn. He is a boy of about seventeen and handles any and all jobs that require any actual labor. His family had owned the Whitehall since it was first build many generations ago, until Felix took it over from his father last year.
It was recently revealed that he was working more as an indentured servant than as a job he endeared.

Jago, of Whitehall
Jago is the village blacksmith for the town of Whitehall. He, his wife Marie, and his only child, Elizabeth, live on a homestead about two miles outside of town.
Elizabeth, of Whitehall
Elizabeth is thirteen, and the only living daughter of Jago.
Father Samuel
Father Samuel is the chief priest of the Temple of Pelor in Whitehall. He has a reputation of being somewhat of a gossiper, despite his frequent assertions to the contrary.
Constable Edward Rorikson
Constable Edward is the only source of law around the village of Whitehall. With that said, he's more of a symbol of law than an actual peace-keeper. He spends most of his days chatting with passing merchants, or sorting through his seemingly endless supply of paperwork.
Although he has the authority of a small-town sheriff, he is not an appointed justice-of-the-peace and must extradite any public offenders to Cloudharbor to be tried for any crimes.
